According to what is established by the Law 34/2002, July 11th, Information Services Society and Electronic Commerce, below are indicated the general details of LA LABRANZA DE INGENIO,S.L. Web site.

LA LABRANZA DE INGENIO, S.L. abides the actual law in respect of data protection, particularly, the Organic Law 15/1999, December 13th, which refers to personal data protection (LOPD) and Royal Decree 994/1999, June 11th , which approves security measures and policies which rule data files safety which contain personal data. By the use of the following privacy policies, La labranza de Ingenio, S.L. informs customers of the following:

LA LABRANZA DE INGENIO, S.L., in order to carry away the services offered in our web sites and to be able to offer personalised products and services as well as improving commercial relations and handling requests, it will deal with customer personal data in a computer-based method with the object that is specified in the following paragraphs. When filling in the contract and reservation form to reserve La Labranza and El Pajar country cottages, the customer accepts and authorises LA LABRANZA DE INGENIO, S.L. to use and treat the provided data with the purpose of including it in the customer data base in order to control purchases, information about products, services and improvement of customer service.

Confidentiality.

LA LABRANZA DE INGENIO, S.L. shall not reveal your personal details to any third party with the exception of those established that are legally compulsory by law. LA LABRANZA DE INGENIO, S.L. guarantees that your personal details will be dealt with confidentially in EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS. Likewise, that the server where they are held complies with the security measures required by the Spanish regulation about data protection for this case.

Contract and Reservations.

We inform our customers that both the contract/reservation procedure and this site are subjected to the Law, 34/2002 July 11th , Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce “LSSICE” which incorporates to the Spanish Jurisdiction the European Parliament Law, 2000/31CE of June 8th, regarding certain aspects of the information society, in particular, electronic commerce, to which this web site fully complies with. As well as to the Spanish Civil Regulations in respect to the letting of La Labranza y El Pajar.

The customer, in order to proceed to contract and reservation, must fill in a form. The purpose being to provide all the information needed for contract and reservation of La Labranza and El Pajar, without such information, it will not be possible to proceed with the contract and reservation.

In order to be able to confirm your process of contracting, according to the "LSSICE", article 28, 1 a), you will be requested on the before mentioned form, an email address or a fax number, to which you will be sent within 24 hours after your accepting the contract with all the requirements explained in the contract and reservation procedure, an acknowledgement.

The customer, for future communications, must also provide a telephone number, regardless that any formal communication between the customer and La Labranza and El Pajar must be conducted via email or fax.

We also inform our customers that, in order to amend any data error that may have been caused in the process of contract, we make available our email, fax and telephone numbers shown in our web site to communicate corrections.

Contract procedure.

To proceed to the letting of La Labranza and El Pajar, customers will follow the following procedure:

• The customer will select the house of his choice offered in this web site.
• The customer will send an email through the form made available in this web site or, will send a fax incorporating all the details requested in the same form; customer details, email, desired arriving and leaving dates, requesting availability of the houses.
• Supposing that the customer had mad a request by phone regarding any aspect of availability, it is absolutely necessary to formalise the request of contract and reservation via email or fax, filling in all the data required in the form, including the reservation payment of the selected house. The payment will be made by bank transfer to the account you will be indicated by e-mail when confirming our availability of the house or houses.
• On confirming the reception of the reservation payment for the letting, the reservation will be validated. This validation will be acknowledged by email or fax to you within 24 hours as per article 28,1 a) of "LSSICE" law, also indicating that the reservation payment has been received. You will also be indicated how to get to La Labranza or El Pajar. You will receive the contract, name of contact and place for reception of the keys. In the unlikely case that two customers had sent reservation payments at the same time, the customer whose reservation payment had arrived first will have priority. The second customer will be offered alternative dates or asked if he wishes to have a refund.
• In every case, the full payment of the letting of the house must be totally made on receival of the keys before commencing the stay, either by cash, bank transfer or credit card, having previously confirmed the payment into the account.
• On handling over the keys, the identity of the customer that collects the them will be verified that coincides the person who contracted the letting of the house, not allowing handling the keys over to a different person.
• The customer and the representative of La Labranza and El Pajar will exchange names and phone numbers to cover any eventuality during the stay. At that time, both parts will agree a time for collecting back the keys once the period of letting has ended.
• La labranza and El Pajar can host a limited number of persons. The houses will strictly host the number of persons previously indicated in your reservation. It is not alowed to exceed the number of people indicated in the reservation. For the reception of visitors, therefore, use of the facilities, it is necessary to have permission of the owners.
• We remind our customers that the houses must vacant before 12:00 a.m. of the day of departure.

Proof of contract agreement rendered via email or fax and the obligations included in it will be subjected to the general rules of juridical regulation and to what is established in relation to electronic signature. In any case, the electronic support in which the contract has been agreed via email or fax will be admitted by court as a documental proof, Article, 24,1 and 2 "LSSICE" law.

Cancellation of Reservation and letting.

• Reservations cancelled more than 20 calendar days before the letting period will be charged with a 25% cancellation fee out of the reservation money paid in advance.
• Reservations cancelled between 10 and 20 calendar days before the letting period will be charged with a 50% cancellation fee out the reservation money paid in advance.
• Reservations cancelled within 10 calendar days before the letting period will be charged with a 80% cancellation fee out the reservation money paid in advance.

Modification of reservation or period of letting.

A customer who whish to change the period of house letting for other available period, could do so without paying any cancellation fee as long as the new period of letting is equivalent to the one previously changed and this is done before 20 calendar days before the start of the letting. In case the customer changes within 20 calendar days before the start of the letting, he will be charged with a cancellation fee of 10% at the moment of the change. This is even if the period of stay is equivalent.

Good working condition of the country cottages.

Customers will receive the house or houses object of letting with its furniture, household possessions, bedlinen, appliances and everything inherent to them in good working order, likewise the garden and common areas, being responsibility of the tenant for any damage or harmdoing that may be caused to La Labranza de Ingenio, S.L. or owner of the house, due to reckless use.
