Rates & Bookings

Contracting the house or houses of your choice, will give you the right of use and enjoyment of the parts that integrate them which are indicated below:

El Pajar

Has one main double bedroom , one secondary double bedroom attached (with toilet), main toilet with shower, lounge-kitchen and access to common areas; exterior library-lounge, terrace, porch , barbecue and access to land and gardens. The secondary bedroom will not be let on its own.

La Labranza

Has two double bedrooms, spacious lounge / dining-room, toilet with shower, kitchen / breakfast room, interior patio and access to common areas; exterior library-lounge, terrace, porch , barbecue and access to land and gardens.

Prices will depend on the house of your choice. The available options are:

• El Pajar with one bedroom.
• El Pajar con with two bedrooms.
• La Labranza with two bedrooms.

All prices are inclusive of local tax I.G.I.C. (Impuesto General Indirecto Canario). Thes are indicative fares per day, please ask for longer periods. Free of charge for under 2 year-old children.

In order make a reservation and rent the house, the following Reservation form must be filled in requesting availability and reservation of the house or houses of your choice. Once the form has been sent, you will receive a reply informing of availability or alternative dates. You will also be indicated the account number where a deposit has to be made to validate the reservation.
